Community building can be very isolating. Community leaders manage thousands of conversations while creating and executing strategy, operations, programing, marketing, support requests, events, and cross-functional collaborations. They often do this alone without experienced support.
Bi-weekly community coaching can help you navigate the sometimes lonely journey of community building. Whether you're starting a new community or looking to re-energize an existing one, I'm can help you get to the next stage of your work.
Why coaching over consulting? Community work needs dedicated leadership in action. I can deliver a well-detailed plan, but I’ve often found this is not what clients really need.
You have the keys to unlock value, engagement, and impact. I can create a space for us to explore community concepts and best practices, helping you reach for the keys and use them!
