Created a new strategy and managed the launch of a new onboarding campaign for Airbnb Experiences Hosts.

This email-based campaign was built to drive new Airbnb Experience hosts to take CTAs that will help lead to early success and help them feel connected to Airbnb and the community. As the project manager, I partnered with design, video production, and engineering teams to ensured the launch of am email series, new blog content, downloadable worksheets, and video content released in 12 languages.

After this campaign launched, I took over host communication strategy and operations. This work started by building an internal ‘squad’ with stakeholders from product, engineering, data science, legal, trust & safety, CX, and marketing to come up with monthly strategies and key messages.

Once the key messages were formed, I developing strategies for twelve communication channels, and produced and monitored content on a weekly basis.
